3 Days Money Back Guarantee & Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY :
At IPTV’UP , we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you have any technical or sales queries, do not hesitate to contact us. However, if you feel the service you purchased are not the best fit for your requirements and you attempted to resolve issues with our support staff and there was a problem from our end, we want to make things right although we’d love to know where things went wrong, or how we can improve, follow the steps below for a partial refund within 3 days of your date of purchase. If the 3 days have passed and you have a problem you can contact us any time via our chat support on our website, via ticket on your account, via Emails, or tickets to fix your problem.
Once you requested a refund you can’t subscribe again to our service at any time in the future.
Requesting a Refund
1 – Login to the client area (https://iptv-up.com/client/login).
2 – Send us a ticket with your request and the reason for the request.
3 – Include your invoice number.
4 – Or you can use the same email address you use to buy our services. Send us your request on our support email (contact@iptv-up.com)
NOTE 1 : Note that the refund will be only partial, we will deduct the price of number of days used (4.3 US$ per day)
NOTE 2 : Credit Card charge fees cannot be refunded as they go straight to your bank.
NOTE 3 : Payment will be done to the same method of payment used.
